In this video, I have compiled every main way I know to exploit and decode combination dial locks. They might have different shaped shackles or more or less dials, but if you know all these techniques and have lost your code, you have a very good chance of finding one that works for you. Think I’ve missed a technique? Let me know in the comments!

Sascha Schneider made these time stamps for us. Thanks!:

OH MY GOD I JUST OPENED MY FIRST LOCK, THE SENSATION IS AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH
  • This is absolutely the best video on opening combination locks. It's very clear and explains the process perfectly.
  • Just bought a cheep lock pick kit, came across your channel and you explain the process better than all the others, thanks mate I picked my first lock because of your expertise in explaining 👍
  • @liamlucky2776
Another great 👍 concentrated topic! Well explained with all the important details one needs to confidently approach these lock systems. Sincerely appreciate these sessions Ash (like your disk detainer series). Please keep these quality trainings coming!

Excellent video. Thought i'd seen the lot of combo picking techniques. Nope. Thank you for adding even more to the knowledge box.

As a Noob i have had my Lockpicks for many years no brand names, and now love this sport. Your videos are ACE and very informative. Thank you for sharing it with those of us who scratch our heads. I can now unlock most padlocks with relative ease and am now looking to move to Dimple locks. see your good you are.

Great timing was just working on a couple. Thanks for combining all known ways into one video! These mass compiled vids are valuable 😁

Thank you so much for this! Found a lockbox I haven't opened in over 7 years and needed to get into it. You're the best!

Awesome! I have two TSA combo locks whose codes I forgot and was able to open both using the tension method described in this video. Thanks!

I spent about 2 hours watching videos and trying to pick my bike lock, after I previously changed the combination and forgot it. It looks the same as your pink lock, so wish I had seen this video first. It has some false gates which through me off for a while, but eventually I worked out the exact technique that you explained. Makes me appreciate the skills that you have, and created a bit of an addiction to watch skilled pickers on youtube, thanks.

DUDE! YOU ARE THE MAN! You made complete sense, and as a result...I finally can do it.! Thanks! It's is seriously so much fun. I will continue to progress to harder locks. Thank you. I HAVE A REAL CONSTRUCTIVE HOBBIE!
  • I went for a bobby pin and found the lock packaging with the combination code written on it. So, I didn't end up cracking the combination the fun way, but the lock works again, thanks to your video!

Very clear and detailed review. This is the sort of content that keeps folks coming back to your channel. Kudos.

Excellent demo sir, I think you covered all the bases! Very well explained, "Class with LockNoob" is always enjoyable 👍🏻👍🏻
  • @targuscinco
Awesome video! It was really cool seeing all the techniques in one video. I always try to pick along with you and my left thumb is killing me from holding the shackle open on those small locks! Worth it though.
  • @fishpicks4531
On the Abus 165/40mI also noticed that when the wheels are not in a true gate, if you hold shackle tension and rotate up a half turn and release, these is no spring and the dial stays in place - conversely, the true gate causes the dial to spring back to the previous position. A little tricky to explain so I might record an episode at some point to demonstrate the idea.
  • @omni23x
Just awesome. Learned so much from your videos. Excellent teaching technique.
