So happy you realized BEFORE you got out there. If this is something you still want to do, I encourage you to get back out there. Maybe try a couple of shorter section hikes? If you have decided that hiking the AT is not something you want to do, that’s fine, too. Hike your own hike, and good luck in everything you do!❤

I know the feeling and I have spent a lot of time outdoors camping in tents, rv, and in the Army the day I left the lodge I was a ball of nerves. I hope you get comfortable and get out on trail :)
