Is this pharmacy limited by state and licensing? Most compounding pharmacies that make MB are unable to ship outside of state they are in. There are very few across the country!! - severe Herx with 6 mg with Neuro Lyme that is untreated. Felt as if brain would burst out of skull - immense pain ANd pressure.
