I've been dealing with debilitating chronic pain, fatigue and arthritis for 26 years due to having a rare form of cancer, synovial sarcoma, at 11 years old. I've been in remission since 1997💗PRAISE JESUS! But, I've always been overweight because I'm constantly bedbound from the all over body pain caused by the poisonous treatments I endured. I recently found your channel and decided to try your workouts since you would go at a pace that I could keep up with. It's been a little less than a month and I'm already seeing results😃I'm losing weight and my joint pain and stiffness has improved greatly! I just wanna thank you for starting your channel. You've truly been a blessing to me💗

Ever since finding your channel during the COVID gym lockdown, I've loved how you don't just show the workouts, but you give vocal guidance and encouragement, something a lot of workout channels lack. Thank you for continuing to post great workouts all these years.

Is it only me but i find standing core more comfortable and less challenging than on the floor

I’ve been following MadFit workouts for almost 4 years now, and I am just so grateful for all the content Maddie creates! I love how she’s always positive and just chill in her workouts. It’s looking working out with your kindest and most supportive friend! These workouts have made the most positive changes in me physically and mentally!

As someone that has just recovered from long-term injuries, these short workouts have been super super helpful.
  • Effective 10 minutes, feels like a 20-minute workout when done...loved that it did not pressure my knees too much.
  • LOVE your standing videos!! They've really helped with my postpartum recovery/weight loss journey. Thank you for making these videos ❤

Thank you Maddie for continuing to deliver regular, effective and varied workouts on YouTube. I did an Online workout with another person recently and it was ruined by ad breaks throughout. So grateful for you and what you do! x

Thanks to you, you have motivated me to become a Les Mills instructor! I appreciate your workouts. You're amazing! I've been following your workouts for almost 5 years now ❤
  • I have hyper mobility and in the past, every time I get serious about exercising, I eventually injured myself - usually my knees which are a weak point for me, but sometimes my back or hips. Then I need to go to physio and I feel like I lose all momentum. I also don't enjoy exercise and am not highly motivated. I've recently been feeling very weak. I'm 29, but I am seriously worried about what condition I may be in in 10-20 years from now if I don't get fitter, but due to the reasons I started with, I need something pretty gentle, low impact and at a reasonable pace to prevent injuries. I prefer shorter videos like this so I can do multiple focussing on different areas. I've started really loving your channel. The shorter 5-10 min videos are so great for beginners or if you just don't have much time and I love that you actually say what you are doing. While I'm exercising, I'm not always in a good position to look at the screen so I tend to get lost and frustrated with channels which don't talk about the exercise they are doing and just play music the whole time.

I did this exercise and I'm a very experienced fitness and exercise fanatic and I have to say found these quick core exercises to be quite effective and now that I've found these sets I will incorporating them into my home workout routine.
  • @YuvaapGym
What a fantastic workout! Loved the variety of exercises and the clear instructions. It's great to have a quick routine that targets the core effectively without needing any equipment. Can't wait to see more workouts from you! 🌟
  • Absolutely love your channel! Your short but effective excercises helped me to start workout during lunch brakes. Thank you very much!
  • @ethom51
Thank you for helping me fit in a workout. The short length really helps when I'm struggling to find motivation!
  • @MT-wo5fs
Excellent tutorial! Video is best for visual learning.
  • @lynngardner76
This was awesome! Love some good standing abs! Great instruction as well. Standing abs can be tricky as it is easy to use other muscles other than your core. Your instructions were spot on. Thank you!
  • @fr514
Very effective, and thank you for all the direction about posture, where the crunch should be etc - that was extremely helpful!
