    It's almost midnight fresh out of the shower and doing my measurements. Just had to jump on here right away to say THANK YOU MADDIE! I started your exercises 1 week ago July 3rd. I have used your 2 weighted standing abs, 2 of your full body strength training and 1 of your 20 minutes leg. I rested on Wednesday and today Sunday. My results..... 1 1/2 inches off my waist. No weight loss but my tummy has stiffened. I am also a few days before my periods so a little bloated. However to lose an 1 1/2 inch in one week šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰ Yay!!!!!!!

    After my workout with you yesterday I was feeling so motivated to do another today even though I usually donā€™t. I just didnā€™t have one that was fitting what I was in the mood for and then I wake up this morning and see that youā€™ve posted exactly what I was wanting! 15 min, weighted, and none of the extra strain that I usually feel when doing regular ab workouts.   • Did this workout this AM and have to say I had my doubts about whether or not it was really targeting my abs. Fast forward 8 hours later & my abs are ridiculously sore. It works!

    Love this standing abs workout! You used a keyword - ā€œfunctionalā€ - in the outro that describes this workout really well. These movements feel like more intense versions of ones I use everyday (I have five month old nephew who is a CHONK and loves to be held haha). This workout was fun and challenging.   • I have to say I have never really felt like itā€™s a workout when Iā€™ve done ab workouts before, but this one had me sweating by the end of the first round. This is the best ab workout I have ever done before. Thank you Maddie for what you do, you have really made me believe in myself and that working out is achievable.     I've been doing this workout twice a week for about 5 weeks now, and while I can't see any changes in the mirror, I definitely feel stronger. It was such a struggle to get through the workout the first 3 weeks, but since last week I can FEEL how much I've improved. When I started I was struggling with a 6-pound weight and now I do each exercise with a 10-pound weight. Thank you for providing these great workouts. You've given me the confidence to progress to harder and longer workouts.

    This is soooo great as I have toe issues that means I canā€™t do planks (or any similar exercise that puts pressure on my toe). I love these workouts, they are so clear to follow and offer a great range of sessions.
