I'm graveyard security, not a healthcare worker, but your suggestions are great. Thank you.

You eat so often haha. I'm a nurse and on night shift usually eat once, a meal at around 11am once med pass is done and patients are settled for bed. And if still hungry a snack in the 2-4AM window. I find that I don't really have a big appetite during night shift so I always opt to bring something light and small snacks. Sometimes I do the whole shift without getting to food if it's especially busy, but I know if I go in empty-handed, I will for sure be starving and falling back on whatever saltine crackers and cheese stick is available in the pantry.

I can see in your eyes how the energy starts draining. Night shifts were the worst ones when I was doing my internship, I almost never managed to eat healthy because someone else would bring pizza or burgers in the middle of the night ๐Ÿ˜“ good for you that youโ€™re staying on the right path of night shift snacks lol
  • You seem like a really kind person and a colleague to work together. Thank you for your videos, they are such a joy to watch!! Diving back into my immunology textbook :)

If only every Hospital had a evenings shift crew for their cafeteria for those hard working doctors, nurses, and other hospitals staffs. They take care of us the least we can do is take care of their lunch(dinner)๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

I am so amazed! That there are actually some decent snacks available in the hospitals.. Here in india, the state is really bad with no vending machine and snacks in the on call rooms๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
