Steve is one of the most important musicians in history, very few know about. I feel he should have a movie made about his life.

Steve Lukather watched our trio play for 2 hours in a bar in St. John’s nl Canada, bought us beer and stayed around to tell us how much enjoyed our group. Loved our harmonies and complimented our playing We couldnt believe it was happening such a down to earth, humble human being.

Steve and Sammy are two living examples of 'if you maintain a positive attitude and treat everyone with respect, good things will happen to you." What a rock and roll life these two legends have had and are still going strong!

Steve is one of the greatest song writers, guitar player, session player, singer and all around musician to walk the planet. Also, what humble, down to earth person he is. He is the "Man".

I have to add. I was at the NAMM show a few years back, and I asked Luke for a picture with him. I knew it was such an inconvenience, but he was so totally gracious, and he knew I was a fan, and he was so real, and so nice. Thank you Luke!

There`s more talent in that room than on an entire day of Pop radio .It totally makes sense to me that Steve wrote One in a Million Girl and Talk to You Later. Awesome rocking songs!
-
Toto are the reason I learned to play drums at 16. Still playing now at 47. Jeff Porcaro is to me one of the best drummers ever to have played
-
Steve Lukather is so talented, most people don’t realize how good he is as a guitar player, but also all the songs he has written for other musicians, truly amazing guy.
-
Steve’s a cut above. He calls himself a ‘rock n’ roll’ guy, but his discography speaks for itself… rock, soul, jazz fusion, funk, pop.. he can do it all
-
Wow, Sammy hasn't lost a step in his vocals. Great performance.
-
Toto is one of the best bands in history. They wrote some epic songs, ballads, and rock songs.
-
That was one of THE best versions of Crossroads I've ever heard! I would pay good money to hear that!
-
Steve's son Trevor playing bass is just so cool. Must be a proud dad. That first solo is just bloody cool.
-
Toto only band I dropped VIP coin on, 3 times, and each time it was ALL about meeting Luke! He was always no rush and so very present and engaging. What a thrill and inspiration.
-
That rendition of Crossroads is badass. Best thing I've heard come from Hagar's voice in a while... Sometimes a group of musicians just jell... I want to hear more from Lukather and Hagar

Can we all take a second and give props to Kenny "f'ing" Aronoff!! Dude doesn't seem to get the recognition in the drum discussions that he has earned and deserves. The man is a beast in my opinion and should be at least considered for anyone's top drummers list. Not saying he is the best by no means, but he's right up there with the best of em!
-
Steve is one of the all time greats giving so much music to us. It's hard to wrap your head around everything he's done.
-
I am just amazed at such a fantastic job that Sammy Hagar does for all the wonderful musicians putting them on the spotlight and rekindling their showmanship and god given talents! Keep up the marvelous work! You are such a joy to watch at work!

This series is so good — it's criminal it's not more known. 🤘 Thanks Sammy.

Steve Lukather is the most underrated guitar player in music.
