  • In my opinion you are the king of reviews on every single RC car that I've ever seen you review
  • @OCTEXRC
For 299.99 that's pretty damn good. 4s and almost hitting 60 is kinda crazy. Unfortunate on the shocks part at the end but I think it's a steal. And there's a truggy version of it too so that's pretty cool 👌
  • Redcat continues with a string of nice releases across several different class RC.
  • 300$ Id buy it just to throw money at RedCat for keeping RCers Rcing. So many brands are jumping on the pay to play bs bandwagon. Redcat from crawlers to bashers has not ! Some brands don’t let greed run their companies Nice work RedCat!
  • Love that thing. Looks so solid. And man, 59mph outta the box? That’s awesome.
  • I like how they used thermal tape between the motor and the heat sink. It makes a big difference!
  • This is about to be the best bang for buck RC on the entire market! They are going to sell tons of these!
  • Great review as always. So far extremely impressed. Especially for 299$. Redcat is doing their best to give US what WE want.
  • Can't wait for mine to be delivered. I ordered the Vigilante during the live stream when it was introduced and it has been much better than i expected. I'm hoping this one follows suit. I was really hoping Redcat was going to release a 5th scale electric Typhon type buggy instead. My wallet was happier it was this. We want a large scale buggy! Nobody else is offering one. Are you listening Redcat?
  • Great overview! The chassis and several of the components are also found on the W.O.V. racing brand vehicles. I think the main chassis, drivetrain, steering brackets and rear hubs are the same from what I see
  • They’re mini machetes! Mine has been super durable!
  • @MrtipRC
I enjoyed my Vigilante 8s and for $300 I'm grabbing one ASAP
  • Wow that is an awesome fast and tuff 4S truck for only $300 ( WHAT ) that is just crazy plus they put fans on the motor and ESC !!! Good job Redcat !!!!!!!
  • Imo I'm a huge fan of the slider axles! Every truck I've ever ran with a dogbone / diff cup setup has eventually destroyed the diff cups requiring me to rebuild the differentials. The slider axle setup does not have this issue at all!
  • They should add a short course (SC) version (the wheelbase might need to be longer and a shorter track width) - it looks like it would beat other SC in the price range (racer or basher)!
  • A solid review as always Greg. Seems like a lot of power for a pretty reasonable price.
  • Can’t wait to get a truggy and set mine up for racing probably the end of summer next year I’ll get mine and I wish they would do something with TLR a lot like they did with Aarma make a race ready truggy.
