Flora Duffy is an outstanding triathlete from Bermuda. She represented Bermuda at the 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020 Summer Olympics, winning gold in Tokyo. This was Bermuda's first gold medal and made Bermuda the smallest country ever to win Olympic gold. Duffy is also the only athlete to win three triathlon world championships in one year in 2016: WTS, ITU Cross Triathlon and Xterra. She is known for her impressive versatility, having set the fastest times in a WTS race in the swim, bike and run. ๐โโ๏ธโโก๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐ดโโ๏ธ
