Ever seen tesla coils make music? Well, Lab Rat Torie has, and that was all she needed to invent 'The Conductor' - a wand that crafts music in a ribbon dance of lightning, electrically linked the tesla coil in the background. Between the sounds, sights, fire and electrocution hazard, Torieโs tour de force has the audience screaming for several reasons. This was my entry The Character Design Challenge: 'Animal Orchestra Musician'. However, Torie's story goes far beyond that.
