I built my ebike from a Schwinn a few months ago. I've learned a lot since building it. I noticed your Fat Bear seems to bounce up and down a lot. For folks new to the world of ebikes. Here's what's most important. 1. Motor.. Most folks after getting used to the ride want more speed. Stick with a minimum 750 watt and up motor. 2. BATTERY!! Remember, the more Amp Hours the longer the ride it doesn't mean you go faster. I'd say stick with a minimum 20 Amp hour battery. 3. Voltage. Forget anything under 48 volts as they become too weak. 4. Tires, fat tires are great for off roading but lousy for streets. Finally, as a motorcycle rider too, the bigger the tires, the better the ride. They are a lot of fun.

I LOVED MINE, ENJOY YOURS, CHEERS!

What does the seat feel like on the Cub model? Is it comfortable? Most of their seats look kinda small in the pics on their website.
-
do you need to have this tagged and registered to ride on the streets?
-
HOLY SHHHHHHHMAUZER!
-
If you need a new back engine how do you order another one
-
I know the speedometer on the fat bear is not accurate have you checked to see how fast it really goes when you un clip that harnes using a app on your phone to get a proper speed reading ?
-
My handlebars would go on do u have a trick to it??
-
Anyone else’s battery not fully charge for some reason even tho you charged it all night?
-
What is the top speed after you disconnect that? I’m thinking about getting one, is it still worth it for you?

Hey there I just received my fat scout (After three months of waiting). Had a terrible experience with getting any kind of updates or communication from the company. After having only three days I’ve already gotten a flat rear tire. Calling around local bike shops nobody will touch it so I feel like I’m kind of hosed. Do you have any information on where to get like any replacement parts or service? I’m in the Pacific Northwest. Thanks.

lot of rattling noises ...but surely they can be fixed
-
Wow! I have a different model from that company. I need to try the same thing as well and disconnect the speed controller. ^_= Thank you for posting this ride . 😎

What did you unplug and where is it at and how fast does it make it go?
-
what was the clicking noise as you turn?
-
What was that cuh-thunk cuh-thunk noise it kept making?
-
How do I start mine up ??

Umm, yeah, the manual that came with it is very minimal at best for figuring it out. 😅
