2003 Toyota 4Runner with loud shrieking noise coming from brake booster. Shriek repeats every 5-10 seconds. Dash warning lights came on at same time as failure. There is lout alarm noise coming from dash. Trouble codes are C1223 and C1252. C1223 is ABS control system malfunction. C1252 is hydro-booster pump motor malfunction.
