I don't know if it's just me but no matter how hard I try, no matter how many hours and hours I spend practicing my aim in hard AI I'm simply unable to keep up with how insanely fast the characters move in this game. They were already very fast in OW1, but now in OW2 they move MUCH faster and my eyes simply can't keep up no matter how hard I concentrate, no matter how many FPS my game is set at. It's like trying to shoot a mosquito with a BB gun while in fast forward mode. I have tried everything I can think of and there is no improvement. 😣

Awesome tips. I have over 200+ Hours on Widow since OW1, and even I didn't know about the Aim Assist Window, Guess you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!!! I prefer Lower sens on Console for better precise movements, but that's just me lmao. I'll get used to it at some point and work my way up. Huge thanks Sora!!!

i’m on console and have been dropping 30+ kills a game, lowest deaths on team, and highest damage on team pretty consistently in casual matches. My aim is now absolutely insane and my positioning is getting there, even though it needs some work. This being said, bringing widow into my comp games( mid plat ) seems like a horrible idea, especially because i don’t have people to play with. Even though I bully the other team to the point of rage quitting and death threats, games have been easily lost by teammates who refuse to attack payload or go for the enemy tank. I assume as widow you are supposed to focus on one tapping their healers and damage characters rather than dumping shots into the tank, but it seems like everyone wants to push that task onto someone else as well. I have yet to bring widow into comp because I really want to improve my rank, and it seems like she is heavily reliant on a certain team comp. Even though i’m dropping everyone else it seems like a good orisa and hard to hit mercy can ruin these openings i create by contesting and staying alive, making me feel like i can’t impact the game that much at all. Other characters I play can continue the pressure and therefore seem like better pick as well, so widow seems like she’s just not as useful. Am I just getting matched with idiots in casual, does widow not contribute that much to the team, or am I playing her wrong and being the average widow thrower!
