My ex-boyfriend just ended our 5-yr relationship last week. Been struggling with anxiety and depression until now. This song reminds me that Jesus can only give peace. Please pray for me as well. Thank you.

I have schrizoaffective disorder for 10 years . It spikes up and leads to suicidal thoughts and severe depression. But when I found this song, everything just seems to be silenced. No voices in my head, no hallucinations or delusions. Nothing bad can stand in the presence of Jesus. Don't give up. He still has your hand when you feel you're slipping.

Ive been so scared that my depression will return and i have been struggling so much lately. This song always brings me to tears. Please pray for me.

This song makes me remember Philippians 4:7 which says "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." God's wisdom is truly greater than anything else. There were times in my life I couldn't understand why He let me encounter toxic people in my life. I questioned His authority for allowing me to meet these ruthless people and ruin me but years has passed and I know understand why the Lord allowed these people to enter my life and that is with a purpose, to mold me to become the person I am now, cliche as it sounds but I can attest to that with my experience. Only God can give us peace in our hearts which no human can ever suffice. Amen.

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Isaiah 26:3

I have anxiety and Jesus is the one that gives me peace

Just failed my third year of university I feel so sad and depressed like I will never be able to be okay or happy again 😢 but somehow this song makes me feel peaceful ❤pray for me to one day heal
