Onett please give me a refund or the items

This video shows a clip of me recording something for proof a few years ago. So a bit of backstory, several years ago I was playing beeswarm and I saw a really good deal so I bought it. After I bought it I got the items but then all of the items I had just got disappeared and I could suddenly buy the package again. I lost my robux and I didn’t get my items. I found this video and decided to upload it incase Onett sees it so he could give the items or a refund, preferably a refund. Thanks for watching this, I hope you guys could help me get my robux or items back.
