Seer's entire character is pretty weird tbh. He was spoken of as a guy who "hides in the shadows," yet he's the most overly flamboyant character in the game with extremely LOUD looking skins. His abilities are cool, but it seems his entire look/emotes were revamped significantly. Nothing about him screams "In the shadows" or "Cursed."
