This house makes me cry. You have thought of everything ❤ If I had a dream house this is it! Unfortunately, being a disabled vet making 35,000 a yr, this house is impossible, unless I win the lottery. I got it saved though in case I hit it big someday 😂 You just never know. Awesome house! You outdid yourself on this one ❤

I have been a realtor since 97. Finally a builder that gets it. Windows make a home. Homeowners want comfortable spaces. Large pantry to fit a mini fridge or freezer. Laundry room you can walk into . Wide open spaces. Garage on the side instead of the front yard. Was designed for a family not the builder quick and easy way.

My favourite so far. Perfect for entertaining and living in. You have all my must haves: wrap around veranda, gas fireplace, pantry, garage, den, master and ensuite, powder room, kitchen island, separate dining area, guest bedroom, separate laundry and ironing, window over kitchen sink, plus a lot of extras. Well done.

I love that it has that lovely pantry. You really don't see that in houses today. A really beautiful dream house! 😍🤗😘

Beautifully designed, It had everything I wanted. That walk-in pantry and the oversized laundry room with built-in and hanging alcove. I also like the small sunroom outside the main bedroom. But, I would want a double doors for main entry. Very well designed. I'm saving this one. 😊

This is a really nice layout. Sure, there are just a couple of things I'd do a little different, but quite minor. Yeah, y'all did a helluva good job on this design. I adore the wrap around porch, the 2 bay garage, the powder room, the large pantry, and the large laundry room. The bathtub in the master bathroom is so large, totally divine! The master closet is so well designed, boasting plenty of space and an efficient footprint. I like the size and layout of the kitchen. It's dang near perfect. Aces on this one.

So beautiful and elegant! And there is the perfect separation between the living space and the bedrooms that you don’t see in a lot of bungalows. This is really a superb design, and I absolutely love the decor!

Finally, a modern design that I absolutely love! I would tweak a few things like add a pocket door to close off the laundry from view, eliminate the exterior door in the office and replace it with a window so my wife and I can share the space, and enlarge the garage to 24x24 to accommodate our full-sized vehicles (plus we prefer two single rollup doors to one large single door), but otherwise it is nearly perfect. I'll have to look into what it would cost to build as we are actively looking for our forever home and would rather build, and have everything our way, than to buy existing and have to try and adapt it to our desires and taste.

Beautiful! Two things as a suggestion on all home designs. Please put walls and a door on Primary Bath toilet. It is called a Water Closet. It is “private”and has a ceiling fan and does not take that much space. Next, the garage needs to be 5-6 feet longer and 6-8 ft. wider. Bicycles, mowers, ladders, trash containers etc., etc. 😊

Sorry but I fell asleep in the sun room with a iced limeade drink on the table. I would graciously take this house because any complaints would be greatly overshadowed by the love-peace-serenity that this home offered. The only chore would be getting out bed-eventually… Greatly designed home…

Perfection of design, can’t think of anything I would change. Generous bedrooms, living spaces, a pantry, office, this house checks all the boxes. One thing though: make all entry, kitchen and laundry floors anything but wood - Stone, tile, whatever, just not wood. These locations are prone to wet and grit, spills and stains that can, over time, cause costly damage no matter how hard you try to avoid it.

I really appreciate you create houses that are beautiful and make sense ! Like those four windows over the kitchen sink side ! Always love a naturally lit kitchen ! You often incorporate a lot of natural light like the windows that surround the living room or dining rooms , very pretty ! 🌿😊
