    I love the layout! I am not a fan of open floor plans because having the kitchen in the family room is weird to me. When I cook, i want peace and I don't need my sofa to smell like sauteed peppers. And when I watch tv, I don't want to hear someone doing dishes or cooking. Love this design!

    I love this. Excellent design and room placement. It looks more cottage than modern farmhouse to me. That’s probably why I love it.

    I am extremely 'picky', but I loved this house. It has everything. For a wonderful change, a house that even has a more than just adequate pantry. All the women in my family have enough stored to last for months. We don't worry about blizzards or if we can get to the market due to ice. In any eventuality, we are covered. And all that in a comfortable and classy home. Congratulations - it's perfect!

    I know I said on the other @akashidesigns that that would be the starter home I would buyer for my daughter but I really believe that this is the one. The layout is divine, the decorator did an amazing job AGAIN, and unlike the other one it has a larger office with bookshelves and a ½ bath. I mean I am just gushing over your designs. You deserve EVERY SINGLE AWARD that has been given to you!!!

    The only thing I'd change is the bathrooms. I'd have a large walk-in shower in the master and have a tub/shower combo in the guest bath. The design is still very beautiful though.
