  • We have gone over 2 weeks, and no press briefing ????.... i understand cover ups take time, but 2 weeks should be plenty of time for their excuse

After 911 one of the biggest mistakes we made was the fire, police and government were on 3 separate channels and did not communicate. We were told that problem will be fixed for future emergencies and the first thing I hear was "We were on a different frequency and did not have comms with Secret Service." Folks, this is third grade level work.
  • Where is the rest of the interview ? I want to know why a fully trained counter sniper team would leave their post without being relieved first .
  • Why was the secret service director allowed to resign? She should have been fired the next day!
  • There was so little detail in that interview, I wonder why they bothered broadcasting it. There are dozens of important questions that should have been asked. What a wasted opportunity!

This Secret Service Team were the MOST INEPT group they have!! Bottom line, the Secret Service RUNS THE SHOW at events like this! NO blaming others............EACH member of this Secret Service Team should also resign IMMEDIATELY!!
  • They saw the guy, thought he was suspicious and did nothing... then they blamed the secret service?!?! This was a failure on every level and hopefully the secret service will be more thorough on how they secure locations and what they expect from local law enforcement because its impossible for the secret service to secure an area that large without outside assistance.
  • It’s good that the Swat team spoke up! Now let the Secret Service do the same (with honesty!)
  • The only person who can answer the massive negligence questions about the utter failure of the secret service resigned. How convenient...
  • @3:05 wait wait wait... Director Wray testified that the ladder was put up by the SWAT team, but it looks like they discover the ladder in this clip🤔

One piece of advice for Trump's next visit. Don't stay inside the building, the potential assassin is not going in to walk in there. Have one or two people inside . the rest outside and on roofs. You can get together and talk about baseball or football after Trump leaves. My grandkids could give this advice.
  • Resigning before you get fired should still be considered getting fired.
  • Why is there 12 min gap in his recording? How come he counts 5 cases and 30 minutes (excluding the 12 min gap) then there are 8 cases?
  • @kevenpine
I don't blame the local cops. Secret service is dirty and has no oversight from anyone That can hold them responsible for their dirty works.

So you’re telling me this was the only day they couldn’t reach the secret service? Wth
  • This is misleading. That same body cam footage shows this group rushing from the rally area to the roof. There was secret service, 2-3 agents already on the roof from the time they left the rally area. They started looking for a way up and said go on down. Then you hear the guy say there's a ladder right here. Now it's unclear who's ladder that was, but secret service was on the roof way before they arrived. Later you see them talking about the photo's sent out in group chat with a secret service guy that at one points said he was trying to figure out what was going on to report back to Washington. The photo's sent out in group chat was compared to the ones the secret service had also received I believe in group chat and the local officer took the sercerte service guys phone and compared the photo's. Sounds like command was actually the one connecting the local and secret service and as suspected, command for some unknown reason didn't inform Trumps security there was a man on the roof even though they knew 10 minutes prior to Trump taking the stage he was up there.
