HOW TO MAKE A REALISTIC MODEL HORSE HALTER & LEAD ROPE!!!

2023-09-14に共有
Here's an in depth tutorial on how I make all of my basic model horse halter & lead rope sets! Now you'll be able to make all of your Breyer Horses and Peter Stone Horses some fancy halters of their own so everyone can have their own unique style! There's nothing more fun than being able to craft for your ponies and now you'll be able to do just that! 🥳
.
.
TOOLS NEEDED -
Scissors, a hot glue gun, a lighter, and a duck tape roll with a thumbtack and something to weigh it down
.
MATERIALS NEEDED -
Two halter rings of any style, four jump rings, a lead rope clip, a buckle, 1/8th inch ribbon, cotton thread
.
.
For those who don't know where to grab your materials from - I get all of my hardware from Rio Rondo and all of my ribbon from the Hairbow Center! 🤩
.
.
I want to revamp my old Infinity's Guide To YouTube series and include a wider range of items from blankets and bareback sets to bridles and saddle pads! I will be sure to have items that'll fit Breyer Horses, Peter Stones, Schleich Horses, and more! Be sure to keep your eyes out for more tutorials coming in the future!

Have a YouTube video that you'd like to see me do? Comment it down below! I'm always looking for FRESH HAWT NEW video ideas to keep things on my channel HECKIN SPICEY!

Oooooooh I’m looking forward to more tutorials, especially blankets! Considering that selling tack is part of your livelihood, I really appreciate that you are willing to share these techniques with us!! ❤

All my castles & cobs fans! She commented on my comment on her newest short and told me that’s she’s working on the script for episode 6 go to that comment and read her comment for all the information I got!
  • This is exactly what I was searching for in a tutorial! Just found your channel, so I have not searched through the videos yet, but I would love to see you make one of RioRondo's Western Saddle kits.
  • Ahh yes, another tutorial!! 💜🩵 I loved your original halter DIY but this one is even better! Thank you so much Infinity! 💜

I just did this as a fun activity with my niece and her model ponies, we didn't have any halter pieces so only used jumprings and a twisted piece of wire for the buckle but it worked great. We also found that for measuring the pieces on the pony, it helped to use blutack to keep everything in place while we worked 😁👍👍
  • I love your enthusiasm. My childhood collection was stolen. My dad gave me his collection and they predate Breyer’s and I would love to have them on display.
  • As someone who as tried with your old tut this was so much more helpful I could not make in b4
  • I have many ponies to dress now. Thank You for this! If you can find old paper issues of Just About Horses, they have some tack how to in the magazines. Tandy leather is the supplier for the saddle leather and things. These were from the 90s.

For traditional sized halters what size hardware do you use?
  • This was soooo helpful but I was wondering if that ribbon width would go with Schliech and collecta as well?
