I’m glad Stephen Colbert brought up the fact that Morrissey was dumping water into his bag every day over several months. The apology she articulated is not sufficient to atone for the contempt implicit in her actions. She deserves to be ignominiously, publicly and loudly shamed for those childish stunts. A simple vote out of office is not sufficient punishment for this - a very public, humiliating, arbitrary removal from office is warranted here.
