When Gordon's asked who's the one person who's going to step up and Brian answered how and why did Gordon and the entire staff say, "No fucking way"? That was during the same meeting where he threatened to fire reception and dismissed the accusations of the barman. These guys are gigantic pieces of crap. ...holy crap, the staff wants him to be the manager!
