Today we are in the village of Far Kezek. This is a dying village, which is located in the middle of the taiga, on the banks of the Kezek river, which flows into the Mrassa. In the past, there was a large village with a population of more than 300 inhabitants. By nationality they were Shors. But they left these places due to inaccessibility. It is impossible to get here by car or boat. People used horses and trodden a small path along the Kezek River. In 2021, there was a fire here and all the houses burned to the ground. To date, only one family of 3 lives here. It was in this family that we visited and they showed their way of life: gathering hay, cooking in a summer kitchen, which is almost 100 years old, with a roof covered with birch bark, an earthen floor and a bonfire in the middle of the room.
We are interested in learning how our ancestors lived, to study their traditions and to master ancient crafts and meals.

Посмотрела на эту тётю и вспомнила бабушку😢эти маленькие рученьки поморщеные от тяжёлого труда,темные от загара на огороде.Помню такие были у бабушки,самые маленькие пальчики,а какие теплые и сильные были эти руки❤Бабуль как мне тебя не хватает😭

My grandma was from Siberia and always spoke of the beauty of the Taiga Forrest and how much she missed being back in the land of her birth. She and my grandfather, from Poland, had come to America to escape the Political upheavals happening at the turn of the last century. They were amazing people. Very self sufficient in every way imaginable. And always good neighbors. I wish I had learned more from them before they passed….but I am eternally grateful for the time I did have……so I thank you very much for sharing you lives with me/us.

Я люблю смотреть твои видео 🧡 Хотя мне от этого стало немного грустно, как мы живем, сколько бесполезных супермаркетов строим и сколько тратим на бесполезные вещи, столько еды выбрасываем и все время покупаем новые вещи, хотя иногда они нам даже не нужны . А кого-то устраивает такая похлёбка, вековая мебель, без всяких контактов с другими людьми... и они счастливы.
