Dag Stan, ik wou je even op deze manier bedanken! Jou video’s maken altijd mijn dag. Ik begon met calisthenics toen ik 15 was samen met mijn broer. Mijn papa was toen al 4 jaar ernstig ziek. Jammer genoeg moesten we in augustus 2022 afscheid van hem nemen en had mijn broer een huis verder weg gekocht. Hierdoor ben ik even gestopt met trainen maar nu vind ik al even de moed niet meer om te beginnen. Ik zit hierdoor al bijna 2 jaar vast met mijzelf. Het sporten gaat niet meer zoals vroeger en de kilo’s zijn erbij gekomen. Hopelijk lukt het mij om terug de routine te vinden en terug aan de slag te gaan. Je bent alvast een grote inspiratie voor mij, bedankt!
