I'm incredibly happy to see this. I started my weight loss journey at 58. I lost 50 pounds and got shredded in 6 months, my doctor didn't recognize me, lol. He's the one that told me when I came in for a physical at 200 pounds, 6 months earlier. I had high blood pressure, was pre-diabetic, high cholesterol etc. I'm 64 now and have had a lifestyle change, that's what I tell people. It's not a diet. Seeing these young kids take themselves seriously and get to work is wonderful. Browney, keep up the great work Sir!

The face gains (or rather fat loss) is probably the most significant part of the transformation. He looks like a totally different guy. Especially I'd imagine in every day life when wearing clothes. Impressive!
