The plaintiff brings his neighbor to court. He says they’ve had problems over parking because there’s one space that can fit two cars, but the defendant always parks in the middle of the spot so there’s no room for him. He claims the defendant scratched his car and caused thousands of dollars in damage. The plaintiff is suing for damages. The defendant argues the plaintiff acts like the parking spot is only his. She says she didn’t scratch the car.
