#Starscream can’t even beat humans…

I like to imagine this version of megatron is a lot like the animated incarnation, who is always calm and cool, to the point that it scares you.

Something that I absolutely love about this Starscream is that he usually fights opponents who he thinks can't fight back. Ones smaller than him like humans, Rumble, or Cliffjumper, opponents who are caught off guard like Optimus and Jetfire on the Ark, and the offline Bumblebee or Ravage. Then, when someone who stands at an even playing field starts to fight him, he cowers: Optimus in most of his fights with him, Jazz catching him off guard, and Soundwave challenging him for leadership. It's a great way to keep his cowardness while also making him a threat. I love it.
