    Being able to have a permanent licence for harmony is one of the biggest pluses to me
  • Nice review of both applications. I've used Adobe Flash back in the day (late 90's). Always wanted to do more animation when I had some spare time. So better late than never I guess.

    After all these years Adobe still hasn't managed a seamless bridge between Animate and After Effects. While they have introduced 'Dynamic Link' between a program like Character Animator, and AE Adobe Animates best option is still to export an swf or a series of PNG's, which isn't the best option if you use both programs back and forth. If Adobe finally manages to bridge this gap, the combination After Effects/Animate beats ToonBoom...
