This song is so brutal because he isn't even angry for most of it. It's just cold, tempered hatred alongside genuine sadness that the other, decent members of his family have to be around this man. Kendrick has clearly given a lot of thought to exactly what he can't stand about Drake and wants everyone to understand all of the nuances to what a terrible person he is, from Kendrick's point of view.
