A recipe for pork ribs that can be prepared for the whole family, holiday table or Sunday dinner. My grandmother taught me this trick. You can't imagine how delicious it will be. This is a brilliant recipe. When we get together in a large group, I cook this dish from a large piece of pork ribs with vegetables in the oven. This is one of the best ways to cook pork ribs. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

Rinse well 3.5 kg of pork ribs.
Cut out the pulp.
We remove the film.
Make cuts between the ribs.
Turn over and make deep cuts.
Make cuts in a different direction.
Put on a baking sheet.
2 onions.
1 hot chili pepper.
5-6 garlic cloves.
1.5 tablespoons salt.
1 tablespoon coriander.
1/2 tablespoon rosemary.
1/2 tablespoon basil.
1/2 tablespoon black pepper.
1 tablespoon paprika.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Grind all ingredients in a blender.
200 ml white yogurt.
Mix well.
Generously coat with the prepared marinade.
Turn over and coat well with marinade.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
2 onions.
1 red bell pepper.
1 eggplant.
5 mushrooms.
400 g frozen Brussels sprouts.
1 teaspoon salt.
Black pepper to taste.
1 teaspoon basil.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Mix well.
Oops... I almost missed it! 2-3 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix.
8 hours later.
Remove excess marinade.
Tie with string.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Place vegetables nearby.
You can't even imagine how delicious it will turn out.
800 g potatoes.
Cut them in half.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dry basil.
1 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Place the potatoes in the rib.
Place the rest on top of the vegetables.
Drip with remaining marinade.
3-4 tomatoes.
5-6 cloves of garlic.
Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven at 190 °C for 2 hours.
2 hours later, remove the foil.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 180 °C.
Hurray... Everything is ready!
