As an artist all my life I learnt to push things till they broke. That way I knew how far to go. It works but…. I did this with the chicken flour, just to make sure I had it dark enough, I put it in the micro an extra two minutes, sure enough it burnt…a hole in the paper plate and the flour stuck to the plate. This might help anyone feeling the need to just do it a bit longer. 🇦🇺

Thank you so much for this!! I live in a country where it would be ridiculously expensive to order the meat “flours” so I haven’t been able to try them. My husband loves crispy, fried stuff and now I can make nuggets etc for him. And chicken-fried steak for both of us! 🎉 FYI, I just made this and it turned out perfectly. I used bone-in breasts I got on sale and poached them for about 20 min before shredding and following your steps. One tip: Mark the paper plates each time they come out of the microwave so you can keep track and know how much longer to cook. It’s pretty easy to see with the color but if you’re doing it in several batches or have distractions, it will help with the confusion. Can’t wait to try it out soon! ❤

Great presentation with no prattling on about the process, just the facts. Thank you. Subbed.
  • This is a game-changer!! Thank you SO much for taking the time to share this amazing material with us!! 😊

Hey, I'm new to your channel. I literally just stumbled upon it. And I'm sooo glad I did. Thanks for this. I appreciate your style of demonstration & I really appreciate you showing how to use just the Magic Bullet & Microwave. 😊
  • Thank you so much! I made this with a can of chicken from Costco. I have one other can which I'll make into flour tomorrow. What a great video!

Haven't seen anything that easy. Hats off and thank you!

Chkn flour is $32.99 for 6 oz on Amazon . I spent that for the beef flour. I’m going to make my own. Ty

This is so amazing. And I was thinking of sharing it with 2Krazyketos but they put out a video today of same thing, only they used a dehydrator for their chicken (or other meat). Yours is so much quicker. It isn’t intimidating! Thank you so much!

🐔 flour. Come on man! Now I've seen it all. Never heard of chicken flour, but seeing your video makes me brave.😂 On a serious note, I can't understand why your videos don't seem to be getting the views like others'. I just made another chaffle batch using your deep dish pizza chaffle recipe. It's my go to chaffle recipe now and taste much better than the almond flour ones. Thank you so much for generously sharing your time and effort to help those of us with less culinary skills. 🙂
  • I did it, ir's so easy and delicious. To make many recipes: pasta, pizza, bread, mex tortillas, empanadas, calzone, whatever you want. The best is that you can use any meat!! Thanks, great video. Greetings from Ecuador 😊❤

this is excellent-no dehydrator needed! And I can make this in a few minutes! I never would have believed this could all be done in a microwave.

Nice and quick. Came here from a Cook with Mel video. Subbed 🙂

I was looking at commercial chicken flour prices yesterday and was appalled at how expensive it was! Your method for making it at home looks great, and I can't wait to give it a try. Thank you so much!

Thank you! I started this process with a roasted chicken breast but didn’t know what to do after the food processor. Now I do!
