The plaintiff used to date the defendant. While they were together, the plaintiff says she loaned the defendant money. Once they broke up, the plaintiff couldn't get the defendant to pay her back, so she's suing. The defendant admits the plaintiff gave him money, but she held his expensive hat hostage and then cut it up with a razor. The defendant is countersuing for the hat damages.

    Ethical plaintiff...tells the minimum to avoid trash talking others and doesn't present evidence she can't prove. I like it.

    The plaintiff still has class, even after messing with that 🤡. He was so ready with his defense, that he completely told on himself about things she didn't even bring up in her case. He admitted to owing her more than she was suing for, brought up another woman, and then talked about "not" hitting her (after which she said she had a PPO against him). The look on her face said it all - that woman was just tired.
