I made my mini bike faster than a motorcycle
Installed an Electro and company QS138 70H V2 Kit on the Mega Moto 80/105 mini bike frame along with a 76-volt Lithium-ion battery.
Did some 0 to 30 and top-speed runs with the bike.

  • Mr Black66, your fabrication work is so clean, beautiful work Sir.😎👍🏼
  • I’m not a fan of battery powered anything especially mini bikes/motorcycles but, I hate to admit it but that little bike seems like it would be kinda fun to rip around on. Nice job on the build.

This whole setup is around 3700…. Bike and everything

Awesome build dude. Glad to see that you didn’t crash or nothing happend in the middle of the run. I just removed the jack shaft from my Coleman ct200u Ex and it prabably goes about 45-50 mph I didn’t get to ride it long though cause the chain came off and locked up the rear tire. Thankfully I had my helmet just Incase I fell off the bike but I was fine and the bike just needs a new chain. I used to think that helmets were for wimps but now I realize that if your riding a bike that your unfirmiliar with definently wear helmet you never know what’s going to happen.

It looks awesome and looks like it's a blast to ride. Great job.

At over 65 years old, i hit a pothole at 18mph, broke the back wheel and damaged spokes. Luckily i didnt crash it. This man is doing it right. Cast wheels, full suspension, street tires, built right and safe. My next e bike will probably be a city bike. 15-20 mph hours is fast enough. I dont like spoked wheels anymore.

Enjoyed the video, great music, entertaining and educational. Well done 🍻
  • I road this bike and I can tell you by experience it's been the best bike I've ever road on. Ebikes are fun!! Defiantly recommend getting one.

Beautiful work, you have an eye for detail. I would not mind taking a race through the city on one of them. The brace you use too hold your cables together with, the red one. They fits perfectly with your rear shock. Great video..
  • Controller could be mounted front of battery box, fins facing forwards for extra cooling.... charger + power socket mounted on-top so battery removal is unnecessary. Anyway you did well, its all perfectly functional as it is, good job.

Awesome build back in my younger days I use to stand in front of the judge in Miami for riding my mini bike with a 2 and a half HP engine if I had that Barney and Andy would catch hell to get me with there 6 banger motors back then 🐢🤣🤣🤣🤣

  • man i can already see myself buildin a e bike down the road, but first to get the dozen other projects done lol
  • @CaptainCurt07
Very cool build and videoing/editing, one thing I’d add for people is you better make sure your braking is paramount if your riding anywhere vehicles are present because they pull out in front of you Ect more than you may believe and stopping proper will save your life, just a tip
