Hi i'm Joe, I have created this YouTube channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.
If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

"2 is on steroids, he has triangle boobs" I'm dead

Nothing is better than looking at yourself in the mirror as you're pumped and looking at the results from all the work and effort you've put in.

Going to gyn expectations: "Girls are gonna like me so much" Reality: receives most compliment from the boys
  • @gixelz
i feel like people start out lifting to impress girls, but that QUICKLY fades and you do it because 1) you love the process 2) figuring yourself and your limits out, and of course... 3) to impress the bois

“I don’t mind any body type it’s all about personality” 🧢🧢🧢🧢💀💀💀💀

I feel age demographics has a huge factor on this too but still interesting to see the results. it would be interesting to see what people aged 25 - 50 would answer, most of the girls in this video were either clearly teenagers or in their early 20's and peoples tastes do change as they get older.

Telling someone natural that they’re on roids must be the best compliment ever Edit:Woah first comment on youtube and i get 10k likes thanks hahaha, i enjoy reading the comments as im on the way to the gym lol

People tend to avoid extreme choices. It’d be interesting to see if the preference changes if someone more jacked than Nate is put as option (or someone in the middle of Joe & Nate’s physique)

You can make this experiment more accurate by eliminating social pressure, have them individually vote anonymously on who they prefer. because there's a reoccurance of a group of girls agreeing on the same body type just to fit in.

Most women don't know the difference between a bodybuilder flexing and one outside the gym. If you told them number 2 was standing right next to them, most probably wouldn't believe it.
  • @luxinvictus9018
so basically: girls prefer the body type which most men could realistically achieve through consistent, diverse training. Good to know.
  • It’s not about the body you end up with by going to the gym. It’s the confidence that comes with it.

Hello Joe I just wanted to say thank you so much. I had Depression for 1 Year and sometimes I wanted to end it all. At the start of May I saw your Video and it gave me the motivation to start working out. Thru my workout and your Video’s and problems I was able to lower my depression. Right now my life is good I am talking with a girl for the First time who could potentially become my girlfriend , I feel happy in my body and motivated to workout. So thank you so much for everything that you showed and taught me. Even if life is hard there is always light at the end of the tunnel.❤ Love you and your vids

To all my GEN-Z boiz out there ,do it for yourself not for the girls.
  • @Peter-tg9zv
Pro tip. Girls who say “that’s too muscly” usually act a lot different when they see “too muscly” in person. As long as you’re not totally muscle-bound
  • This was a huge confidence booster for me because I look fairly similar to 3. I'm not quite there yet but I'm on my way to what is apparently the most attractive body possible.
