CRISPY Garlic Roasted Potatoes | Easy, No Seed Oil, Oven-Roasted

~Ingredients~
3 pounds red potatoes
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Smoked Paprika
Italian Seasoning
Avocado Oil Spray or 3 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil
5 Sprigs of Fresh Parsley (optional for garnish)

Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes

Recipe Instructions:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 425 F. Chop your potatoes into cubes.
2. Add avocado oil spray to baking sheet, then add diced potatoes.
3. Spray with avocado oil spray and generously season with garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and italian seasoning.
4. Mix potatoes together and spread out evenly on the baking sheet to crisp up evenly.
5. Add potatoes to your oven and flip half-way through cooking process. chop up fresh parsley to add as potato garnish.
6. Serve potatoes

Servings: 6-8 people
