Your goal is to build your very own Rhapsody, the story of you (the player) and your epic tale in this world. The game definitely wears its inspirations on its sleeve. Obviously the visual style is very Mother inspired but it’s SO similar to Undertale in gameplay, events and writing that it feels a bit strange to me. Like there’s even a character who puts you, the only human in a world of monsters, through a joke obstacle course several times. Even the song at the end sounds extremely similar to Dialtone.
