Mark Hamill by a long shot. and I have to give props to Troy Baker for getting quite accurate of a representation considering they couldn't get Mark for Arkham Origins.

I swear Richard Epcar doesn't get enough love. That man has amazing range, from Lord Raiden to the Joker, and he does an excellent job on both.

Mark Hamill and Troy Baker really did an amazing job as animated Joker. Heath Ledger, Cameron Monaghoun (I can't spell his last name), and Joaquin Phoenix did great for live action.

It’s pretty crazy how Mark Hammill essentially influenced every single performer’s rendition of the Joker after his. He was the blueprint.

Mark Hamill's. It's mostly because of the way that mark does the jokers voice that makes it so amazing. He tones and and expresses his voice to where it shows how truly insane and interesting of a character that the joker is. Especially when Mark Hamill does his voice, because of the way he decides to talk with him

It's pretty clear Mark Hamill set the standard for all future joker voices. Troy Baker's impression was pretty spot-on. Special mention to Michael Emerson though, for having such a naturally sinister voice; it put a unique spin on the joker.
