When building one and having trouble figuring out how to get the Crew Cabin, body, & Ramp just Right, i learned the Set Designers of ROTJ had the same problem, especially with the 7 foot tall Vader, so the Actual Built Shuttle does have different dimensions than the miniature in the movie.((Very end of the Video You mention it too. Great Job!!))

I've loved this ship for 40 years and you're the first person to explain why it's called the Lamda Class. It's hilarious how simple, Like A,X, or Y, just didn't know the Latin alphabet. Thank You!!
  • Great job 👍. I had a model of this shuttle when I was a kid. I kept it for a long time, before I gave it away .
  • The intro to Star Wars: Rebellion features the shuttle prominently whether you choose the Empire or Rebellion. I bought three of the die cast shuttles to have one open for the memories, one for storage as new, and one for a gifting. It's an icon for the saga. Which reminds me I should dust off my lamb or llama shuttle.

One of my all-time favourite ships of the Star Wars universe. That was excellent!

I'm very pro Empire but liked anyway. Don't tell ISB.

A good ship to take the children to school, or for a weekend getaway to Nal Hutta.

I keep hearing about a rear firing cannon, but it definitely used to be a proton torpedo launcher.
  • I’ve been trying to get meta nerdz to drop a video on the lamda class thank u for dropping a video

Wonder if the nose drooping is related to the IRL Concorde passenger jet's similar feature. The timing works out.

What an excellent compilation of information. The way that you pronounced Nien Numb is different than I have ever heard, is there a source that you got this from (did any Bothans die to bring this information)? I am curious because so many other words were pronounced the same as I have heard, leading me to believe the difference was intentional. Either way, thanks for a good video I subscribed.
  • Would love to see a video about the Omicron class attack shuttle, the type as used by the Bad Batch
