As a retired Los Angeles Social Worker...I commend the both of you for transforming the exterior of this abandoned home. I worked with the homeless, and their living conditions are deplorable! There was a beautiful home in our neighborhood, that was neglected by the former homeowner. The homeless set up an encampment. Neighbors not have anyone like the two of you to transform the exterior. It was an eyesore, until someone purchased, and totally renovated the home. You will continue to be blessed. God knows, we need more people in this world, like the two of you. Please stay safe. An insane amount of work to make this much safer and have usable sidewalks. I'm sure everyone living around this abandoned house is grateful for you coming to the rescue. Well, that turned out to be quite a surprise! I've never seen a squatter come running out of an abandoned house before. You both did a wonderful job for the neighborhood. That place was a mess. If the City knew the condition of the inside of the house, it would be condemned immediately. It's a hazard...
