🤯 Psalm 22 parallels will blow your mind! The Messiah's suffering and reign prophesied by David.

Shabbat Shalom, the first time I read it I cried. My Father awoke me in the middle of the night in Oct 1973, I was 8 years old in South Africa. We knelt together at the little radio and started praying for Israel!! Everyday and night we would do that and read a Psalm. It was the Yom Kippur war. I am 56 years old today. Moving to the Eastern Cape soon. Yehovah made a way for me, just as He always makes a way and watches over the apple of His eye, Yisra'el. If Psalm 22 prophecy did nor come to fluition, we would all have been lost forever!! Baruch Haba Beschem Yehovah!! Thank you Yeshua. From the scattered tribe of Re'uben. Amen

Reading Psalm 22 was the moment I became a Christian - because I knew that Jesus was trying to get the attention of those around him and he was praying for them. It wrecked me.

I am blessed by this study from One for Israel. The Holy Spirit is moving.. After many years of reading Psalms, there came a moment while reading , it was as if, The Messiah began telling me about His experiences and thoughts as He went through the crucifixion, time in the depths And when Father came and rescued Him. I shared with others but when I read to them, they didn’t hear what I understood. I hid that moment in my heart. Thank you for discussing what I believed was brought Alive to me. Now I know it had to be The Lord!

Psalms 22 through 30 are all prophetic. Psalm 30 is a song for the dedication of the House of David! Rejoice and praise God!

Thank you. When I first read Psalm 22 my jaw dropped. I was astonished. I said, out loud or to myself, “This is Jesus.”

Then he said to them, “These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.”

Messiah Yeshua has been the most rejected despised and hated figure in Human History, as well as he is the most highly exalted and worshipped person in Human history...

This is awesome! I have a feeling that the word of God is just inexhaustible with treasure like this. It reminds me of the Proverb "It is the glory of God to conceal things, the glory of kings to search things out." Thank you One for Israel!

This Psalm has always spoken to me of JESUS It is filled with Him

This was well done. It’s so important to know the Old Testament in order to fully grasp the significance of the New Testament. Immediately following is PS 23, which testifies to the Father shepherding Jesus from the cross through hell, the valley of death, filling him with peace and restoring his soul, preparing a celebration feast for His victory and anointing him with oil signifying His Kingship as he dwells in the house of the Lord forever

Psalm 22 was written for that moment on the cross. And Jesus Christ spoke them to fullfill the Scripture.

Luke 24:44Then He said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.” 45And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.

This reminds me of Matthew 13:51,52. 51 “Have you understood all these things?” Jesus asked. “Yes,” they replied. 52 He said to them, “Therefore every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old.

He wasn't complaining...he was, until the end, testifying of who He was,... beautiful thank you very much for explaining this fact.
