3:40 to add a bit more of info... It's important to die if your weapon is less than 1000. Also don't die in hands of the enemy otherwise he will also receive credit. The best scenario is when the spike is about to explode, you don't have time enough to defuse it and it's pistol round, so you keep making sounds in the spike like if you were about to do something epic and hopefully you will die and you might take an enemy with you with the blast. The enemy will lose his gun, and you will win the 1900.

On the shotgun only: I had a friend that was pretty new on Valorant, but somehow knew really well how to catch people off guard and mess with their heads. He would go shotgun only and use neon for some aggressive pushes and together with the eco value it gave it honestly paid off so many times.

I'll share some more tactics as well: 1) Half-Spike Tap Swing (Throw a Smoke on the spike and defuse till half then release and tap it again for the Half-Defuse sound and just immediately peak out of the smoke as no one expects that) Cypher: 2) Double Trip (no one expects 2 trips in the same entry point) 3) Peek with Camera 4) Slanted Trips (to counter Raze) 5) Solo Hold B + C (on Lotus/Haven if the enemies keep attacking A) 6) Cage against Yoru Ult (The yoru ult indicator works based on LoS so just drop a cage on yourself and sit inside it) Omen: 7) Doctor Freeze's Fake Clone (TP inside your smoke while jumping out of it and just instantly repeek to kill the confused enemies) 8) Ult Cancel (makes 0 noise) 9) Double TP (Ascent Mid to Market) 10) Flash TP Gen (Ascent A) Phoenix: 11) Reverse Flash 12) Lob Flash 13) High Flash 14) Wide Swing Flash 15) Corner Flash 16) 30m Mark Molly Lineup (you can mark 30m on the map and just throw your molly; it will land at that exact spot) 17) Ult to Heal

The crouch tactic is good when used only for countering enemy fire. Like just crouch for a split second to avoid the bullet and stand back up
