💯💯RIP to all the people that passed.
  • even without the hurricanes, power goes down all the times: light rains, lightning, heat, cold, ... Centerpoint must go away; please bring in a more efficient company
  • Did anyone know why fema isn't helping anyone in Waller county? We have a lot of damage on us houses, lost all us groceries, we try to apply for disaster relief but waller county isn't on the list.
  • 1 tree trimming in 8 years, this is the liability and reason why Houston was devastated by a Cat 1 storm. Anyone affected by this needs to contact an Attorney and file suit...

Distribution post behind my parents home had a crack and was leaning for decades! Was reported numerous times and nothing was done about it. Through all the hurricanes and storms we prayed it wouldn’t fall. Beryl finally knocked it down, luckily it didn’t land on the house. Centerpoint has ignored issues for years since we hadn’t had major storms, but now their lack of service is exposing their poor maintenance culture, lack of leadership, and ability to handle major impacts to the network. Category 1 storm…smh
  • Ofcourse they weren't prepared. They didnt even stop their automated messages and sent me an email my power would be restored 1230pm the day of the storm 😂. I just got power yesterday
  • Their spokesperson is as shady as their attorneys. Never a straight answer. Just dance around them. Also the PUC is a waste of space and do nothing to look out gor the people CenterPoint has failed.

No power still here in kingwood since last Monday!!!
  • After 2 months w/o power after cat5 Hugo in 89, I said never again. I paid a hospital clinic $500 for their old 33 KVA diesel genset and another $1500 transport and install here. I'm out of power 6 seconds until it transfers now. There's 250 gallons of #2 home heating fuel online. No begging for fuel.
  • Why is no one talking about ERCOT they are responsible why is the media making everyone look at centerpoint centerpoint listens to ERCOT
  • Om really starting to think this happened to get all the extra people out of houston.
  • @jeruss00
Why are they saying "Powerless customer..." ?
  • Before the storm hit that predicted, I suggested they concentrate on Galveston and Houston due to population density. The real fault here is in them not doing tree trimming, for years which caused massive unnecessary power outages...
  • There pitiful Representative for CenterPoint Blah,Blah,Blah,Blah.
