This fight is a lot closer than you're making it out to be, due to a couple of things you're ignoring/forgetting. 1 - Every time Deadpool and Captain America fought, Deadpool basically let Cap win. Deadpool has a massive amount of respect for Captain America and has never fought him with everything he has. 2 - Deadpool possesses, in his arsenal, swords made from adamantium, vibranium, and carbonadium, which can negate healing factors as strong as Wolverine and Sabertooth. Meaning, Deathstroke won't be healing in this fight, his sword will break before Deadpool's will, and his armor won't protect him. 3 - Another toy at Deadpool's disposal is a teleporter. Yes Deathstroke can hit speedsters but he's never dealt with someone who can be behind him, then above him, then below him, then 50 feet away from him, instantly, without having to physically move, meaning Slade can't track Wade's movements to hit him.

Deadpool can put his body parts back onto his body & be functionally immortal

You didn't mention Deadpool's teleporter, is it because he stopped using it? He stopped because it makes his fights too easy. Wolverine himself said that if Deadpool gets serious it scares him. That's not even mentioning the Carbonadium sword that negates healing factors
