This recipe is neither traditional nor in vogue! It's prepared as per my whim, as I felt if egg/prawn chorchori can be in fashion, then why not mutton. A very simple and easy to prepare recipe, which by experience, can be sum assured as delicious. Here to save on cooking gas I had pressure cooked the meat with 2 cups of water & a tsp of salt. People may say if the mutton is of the right quality, it generally soften's easily but as per my experience if one pressure cooks the mutton, it turns out much soft n succulent. It's not about the quality of the meat, by nature red meat is bit tough to cook. Please do prepare it once and you won't regret it.
