She's lucky the crowd didn't chant "sacrifice, sacrifice, sacrifice..."
-
I am pretty sure for a moment she thought people were cheering for her
-
This is Chichen Itza... They used to allow people to climb it but they stopped in 2008 due to safety concerns.
-
This is what I found about this disrespectful tourist, ââŠOfficials said that Abigail Villalobos had attempted to pass herself off as a Spaniard after being arrested for her viral stunt, but it has since been determined that she is actually from Mexico.â It is unfortunate that Abigail Villalobos disrespected her people and her own culture.
-
The fact the people were yelling âjailâ at her makes it 100% funnier
-
I can only imagine the embarrassment, when she came down and realizes they were bashing her and not cheering her.
-
Last dude that did this got CRACKED with a literal tree branch soon as he got off the stairs lol
-
The last tourist that did this had a bunch of Abuelas basically jump here when she got down the steps. It was glorious đ
-
She thought they were cheering her on đ Their saying âcĂĄrcelâ which means âjailâ in Spanish đ€·đœââïž
-
Why did I think she was gonna fall down from the topđ I canât be the only one
-
What a lovely welcoming party for her. Some even shared their water with her to cool her down. Aren't people lovely?
-
There's lots of Mayan pyramid site spread throughout Southern Mexico. You can't climb that one, but there are other sites where you can climb (: For example you can climb the pyramids in Merida, Mexico because they aren't as tall (less hazardous from falling) and less worn down. They give tours that take you to the top and demonstrate how they would pray up there using their Mayan language. It's much more interactive than this main site that has the biggest pyramid.

Her at the Top: âThey love me, THEY LOVE ME!â Her at the bottom: đ
-
The fact she thought people were cheering for her instead of booing her until she lying back down is hilarious.
-
Bro's now gonna be cursed by the Aztecsđ
-
I thought it was nice of the mob to cool her off with water after that long hot trek to the top and back. Very friendly of them to do that.
-
Everybody's like "Ha ha! You're going to jail." And she's like "They love me! They really love me!" đ
-
I dunno why but I was waiting for an entity fully dressed in shaman attire drag her inside for a ritual and commence with a sacrifice
-
She lucky they didn't say Stone this woman!!! Stone her, stone her, stone her!!! Lol đ€Ł

Iâve been there and also wanted to climb the stairs, but she mustâve let the intrusive thoughts win.
