Black Oxygen's David Lyle tears up & Nick Lyle shares Shifty (Crazy Town) memories before his death

That’s crazy to hear his passing. Just heard the new remix a month ago and I loved it. Grateful that you guys had the chance to remake it with him. He looked so good on the podcast I watched with you guys.

As a dedicated fan since Gift of Game, I've followed everything from CXT to his collabs, the comeback of CXT to his appearances in other songs. When you dropped this, it became a daily song in my rotation. It felt like 2000 was back, with an update, with such talented artists like yourselves. Each podcast, each video, any each interview, in him, I could see a change over time. A change that resembled my father thru the years. His music has guided me thru some tough times, dark times, and good times. Of the 3 times I met him, I got about 2.5 total hrs of his ear. He felt like an older brother that I've always known and he captured the essence of my father. I could see his struggle in life, the same my father faced. Keep going strong you two. If he believed in you, you know it meant your skills, talents, endurance, and spirit are all equally amazing. Take care! Fly high Shifty!

Happy Birthday ! It was really a shock & so sad to hear about his passing. I couldn’t believe it. It’s nice you guys got the opportunity to work with him & share / cherish those memories. Now he’s really living his best life !
