In the past, Atakpamé was a mountain refuge. Later, during German colonization, the city became an agricultural and administrative centre.
With a little luck, you can attend a tchébé dance show on stilts. It is one of the most famous dances in Togo and one of the specialties of the region.
Today, Atakpamé remains a major agricultural centre.
It is also a production centre; there is a large textile factory there.
The city is built on top of a hill which overlooks the surrounding plain.
The climate is cool and pleasant.
The central market is located around the main square of the city. At nightfall, the square becomes livelier and shoppers and visitors alike walk in step with the music.

J'ai eu l'honneur de visiter la ville D Atakpame et de participer à une campagne médical pour lutter contre la cécité il y a plusieurs années que des beaux souvenirs merçi pour la video

Là, c'est un travail de qualité, ça valorise la ville d'Atakpamé. Le seul aspect à améliorer concerne la manière dont les collines sont capturées. Le drone devrait balayer de bas en haut afin de mettre en lumière les détails du relief.
