Okay, that moment of seeing Golden Freddy twitching, those two notes reverberating into the silence… That gets me. Because of how tragic it is. Yes, Afton did horrible horrible things and I don’t think Golden Freddy shouldn’t be angry, but that scene just cements how sad it is. That their anger and rage is keeping them there to torture their killer instead of moving onward to peace and rest like the other children’s souls.

Just a thought about this. It said on the job posting that "It should either work as a young boy or a young girl." So doesn't that mean that he had a back-up plan for who that vengeful spirit is if he picked either one? So let's say he picked a boy for it, then who could it have been from the lore?

Honestly, it would've made more sense if "the one you should not have killed" was Charlotte, Henry's daughter, because she was the one who gave a second life to all of William's victims who are the ones tormenting him in his purgatory. Plus she was the first one who William killed.
