Little sister knew she needed more basil. I agree... I love basil. Love pasta (big carboholic here). And love shrimp. Love these kinds of dishes that are so easy and quick but super yummy.

This was delicious! One recommendation if you are using fresh shrimp (I use fresh prawn) is to let them soak in some salt water over night. It allows the salt to sink into the shrimp and gives them a much better flavor! You will end up with extra liquid in the pan when cooking. You can reserve this liquid to then add into the sauce in place of the pasta water. So flavorful!

Thanks for this. I made it for my daughter who has Celiac Disease. I have to find good meals to cook at home for her. I could tell she really liked it. I think it was fancy restaurant quality. I loved the sauciness and the flavor of the fresh basil. I used Barilla gluten free fettuccine and it came out great.

I made this recipe but with chicken, and OMG my family loved it! My wife said it tastes like something she’d get at an Italian restaurant. Natasha knocked it out of the park once again!
