I PRACTICED FRONT LEVERS FOR 30 DAYS!! PROGRESSION

As the days went by, I realized that my technique was lacking compared to the strength that is required for this exercise. The most important trick I learned while practicing is to treat the front lever as a straight arm pull down.

These levers are impressive! This is intense - I can feel the strain through the screen already!!! I love that you record your progression throughout a period of time. 30 days is dedication! I need to try this out for push ups maybe haha!

Impressive! I have to start using the bands for straight-arm pull-downs, never thought of thought before. Another good exercise for lats is the sliding pull-downs, where you get on your hands and knees, you place a towel or something that will slide on a tile or hardwood floor under your knees, and pull your knees up while pushing against the floor with your palms. Looking forward to seeing your next video! It's been a while since you posted one.

Thatโs so impressive man, front lever ainโt no joke! I have tried to learn it before and didnโt really get close but with the tips you have put on here it has given me the motivation to try again! As you clearly good with body weight/callisthenics have you thought about trying to learn planche/straddle planche? Great video man ๐

Front levers are so hard and you made great progress in 30 days. Lol I'm getting addicted to your videos because I like seeing the progress over time. By any chance, did you practice front levers with one knee bent and one leg straight? I found that to be a helpful progression/assistance exercise to build up to two legs straight. Keep up the great work!
